In accepting people on the programme we look for those who demonstrate maturity in working with and alongside others and are:

• Committed Christians, ready and eager to explore their faith
• Resourceful in dealing with new situations without familiar support
• Open to explore new ideas and the perspectives of other cultures and faiths,
• Committed on return to share their experience with others - initially in their home church, local community and diocese - for up to twelve months following their return.
